Triptych
1) What I did
For the project on triptych we went into the darkroom and took some pictures against the wall. We saw that the warm light was on and decided to use that to our advantage. I took 9 pictures in total, all at different angles. When I arranged them together I wanted to make the body look almost as if it fit together even though the pictures were taken separately. I put some of the photos in black and white to add to the effect of the warm light.
2) What I liked
I liked that we could be creative with the angles in which we took the pictures, I also liked that we could make thinks look the way we wanted when we rearranged the pictures. I liked that it wasn't supposed to look perfect but it was just supposed to fit what we wanted.
3) How I can improve
I could improve by possibly trying to make the picture look more "weird", so that the body doesn't have to fit perfectly together. I could also try to take the pictures at different angles to make a more drastic effect.

Choice Based / Typographic portrait
1) What I did
I chose to do the typographic portrait. I chose Post Malone. I followed the instructions in the video to complete the picture.
2) What I liked
I liked doing this project because it was a challenge but it wasn't too difficult. I really liked that we got to choose what we wanted to do with the picture. I also really like the way it turned out. I did complete it once and I didn't like the way it turned out, so I did it again.
3) How I can improve
If I were to do this again, I could play with the font and the different colors. I could also try to position the letters differently to get different parts of his face in the picture.
